Wonthaggi - YMCA Accessible Toilet Repairs

Council has awarded a contract to D.A.S Constructions to carry out the renewal of the Wonthaggi YMCA accessible toilet/shower facility. Construction and demolition is anticipated to start in March 2023.

This project will result in a new accessible toilet/shower facility.

The total project cost is in the order of $31,350.

Area to be blocked off to allow for renewal works to be undertaken.
Demolition of the existing toilet/shower and investigations.
Construction of new wall and floor linings

This will be a construction zone and that we appreciate that for your own safety and others that access will be restricted.

Appropriate notice of works and signage will be installed on site for the public.

The use of power tools, dust and air extractors and small machinery including noisy works such as demolition and external delivery of materials to site.
