Bass Coast Shire Council commenced the installation of Height Safety Access Systems and Heating, ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC) upgrade at the Wonthaggi Civic Centre, 76 McBride Avenue, Wonthaggi on 15 February 2023. These works affect the HVAC system to the upper level at the Civic Centre only.
Council appointed ACE safe@height and Air Conditioning & Power Services after the quoting process.
These works are now COMPLETE.
This installation/upgrade will allow the new heating, ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system to be fully integrated into the Council's Building Management System (BMS).
The new system will provide more efficient temperature control and lower energy consumption, this has been a key factor in the design and planning process.
