Sewer Pump Station Renewal Works at the Ventnor Foreshore Toilet Amenities.
Bass Coast Shire Council appointed Go Plumb Civil under our minor buildings renewal program to carry out Sewer Pump Station Renewal/Replacement at the Ventnor Foreshore.
Construction works have now been completed.
The aim of this project is to improve the functionality of the current amenities and prevent any future contamination issues.
These works are fully funded by Council at a cost of $30,000 and are part of Council’s 2023/24 Capital Works Program.
- Decommission of the existing septic tank and pump station. Excavation works for installation of new sewer pump station.
- For safety reasons, the existing amenities will be a construction zone. Appropriate traffic/pedestrian measures will be in place throughout the duration of the works.
- The use of plant and machinery including noisy works such as earthworks, saw cutting and use of trucks delivering rock and concrete.
- Temporary amenities will be in place for the duration of the works.
