Bass Coast Shire Council appointed San Remo Plumbing Services to undertake roof replacement works. The aim of this project was to update the existing building’s roof and guttering system to ensure we reach the expected lifespan of the building.
The aim of this project is to update the existing building’s roof and guttering system to ensure we reach the expected lifespan of the building.
These works included replacement of steel roofing sheets, guttering, flashings, and the addition of roof insulation.
The total project cost is $30,000 which was funded by Council and undertaken as a part of our Annual Renewal Program.
