• The project will increase functionality of the facility through Council’s renewal / upgrade program.
• The Inverloch Hub is recognised across the Shire as a well-integrated and preferred model of delivering services to the community. The Hub is a diverse facility for community art, sports and gathering spaces for meetings. In recent years, the Hub received 175,000 walk-in visitors.
• The Hub also offers an opportunity of learning with a refurbished Library and the Community House. Facilities for families are catered for with access to the Maternal and Child Health service, regular playgroups for the young with interactive activities and a baby change and feeding room.
• The Visitor Information Centre is located at the Inverloch Community Hub. The Visitor Information Centre receives over 40,000 walk-in visitors annually.
• The project involves the renovation of kitchen, replacing skylights and ramp to address the current demands of Inverloch Hall user groups.

The total project cost is in the order of $225,000 which is funded by Council from the Building and Open Space renewal program.

• Replacing of skylights in the stadium and gymnasium areas
• Upgrading the existing ramp at the passage to gymnasium to meet the Australian current standards.
• New stair, handrail, and a store at the passageway.
• New floor covering within passageway, ramp, and store.
• Full renovation of commercial kitchen within the community hall.
• Appropriate traffic and pedestrian control measures will be implemented during these works within the Inverloch Hub.
• The project will result in noise and vibration from plant and machinery used for construction, including use of trucks and scissor lifts for removal, installation of equipment or delivery of materials to the site.
