Project Summary
Bass Coast Shire has appointed Advanced Buildings Pty Ltd to supply and install a new shed and associate works at Grantville Transfer Station and Landfill Shed. Works commenced on 11 November 2023 and are anticipated to be completed in January 2024, subject to favourable weather, contractor, and supplier availability.
The total project cost is in the order of $54,000 which fully funded by Council.
- Supply and install of a shed (3.5x10.5m) with three separate bays.
- Concrete for apron and around the shed.
- Appropriate traffic and pedestrian control measures will be implemented during these works. No road closure is expected.
- The project will result in noise and vibration from machinery will be used for construction, including use of trucks and cranes for removal, installation of shed and delivery of materials to the site.
