Thank you for your patience during the construction period. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions prior to or during the project.
About the Project:
- Construction of a Bus Shelter and Community Rotunda at the Tulloch Street Park in Dalyston
- The new structure will provide shelter to bus users as well as the general community and users of the park grounds. It will be linked via a concrete pathway to the bus stop.
- The works will involve construction of a concrete slab base and pathway link to the existing footpath and bus stop.
- Construction of a 5 metre x 5 metre powder coated aluminium and Colorbond steel structure with a skillion roof and screen walls for wind and weather breaks.
- Connection of roof to the stormwater system
This project is jointly funded by Bass Coast Shire Council to the value of $68,000.
- The project will have minimal impact on community movement through Tulloch Street and will not impact access to the playground and surrounding parkland.
- Appropriate traffic control measures will be in place throughout the duration of works, including road closures, reduced speed limits and detours.
- Local resident and emergency access will always be available during the construction works.
