Project Summary
Bass Coast Shire Council has appointed TS Constructions Pty Ltd to undertake the upgrade works at CFA Building in Cowes.
Construction will commence on 7 December 2023 and is anticipated to be completed in June 2024, subject to favourable weather, contractor and supplier availability.
The total project cost is in the order of $102,000 which fully funded by Council.
- Removal of existing ramp and entry door
- New ramp with all associated works.
- Installing new entry door and aluminium framed sliding window
- Appropriate traffic and pedestrian control measures will be implemented during these works. No road closure is expected.
- The project may result in noise and vibration from machinery used for construction, including use of trucks and excavator for removal, installation of equipment or delivery of materials to the site.
