With community, Council developed the Fred Gration Reserve Open Space Master Plan which was adopted by Council in June 2023.

Key actions in the final master plan include:

• Creation of a picnic space with inclusion of a barbeque facility
• Improved drainage for the reserve
• More shelter at the community garden
• A new play space with a fitness area
• Replacement of the basketball court with a multi-use space which may include netball, cricket, tennis hit up wall and pickleball

Following the Master Plan development, Council have engaged a Play and Active Recreation specialist to create a detailed design of the reserve. We're seeking your input into the designs, to ensure your vision from the Master Plan is represented!

Your feedback will directly influence the design of the reserve. You can leave feedback on colour schemes, usability and access of the site and the equipment in the playspace.
