The Building Asset Management Plan is one of four key Asset Management Plans that inform Council’s 10-year Asset Plan and Long-Term Financial Plan.

Council invited the community to review the plan and provide feedback during April 2023. Feedback was reviewed and considered into a final draft which was adopted at Council's June 2023 meeting.

Bass Coast Shire Council is committed to the responsible management of its infrastructure assets, and the Building Asset Management Plan 2023-2033 demonstrates that commitment. This plan provides a roadmap for the responsible management of Council’s buildings over the next ten years.
