Bass Coast Shire Council intends on applying to the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) to change the speed limit on Berry’s Beach Rd, south of Wiltshire Rd to have a 40 km/h school speed zone. This is to improve safety for and motorist awareness of children (and their parents) at Phillip Island Village School.
