Jaycee Picnic Area Playspace, Ventnor
A new playspace is coming
Each year, Council refreshes some of its oldest playspaces with new equipment, safety improvements and minor landscaping to improve the experiences of residents and visitors of all ages.
In 2026 we'll be refreshing four playspaces.
- Jaycee Picnic Area Playspace, Ventnor: We'll refresh the old combination unit and add some more challenging items.
- Rodney Court Playspace, Wonthaggi: We'll focus on junior equipment to complement nearby playspaces.
- Strongs Reserve Playspace, Wonthaggi: We'll create a treehouse style tower and spinner to complement nearby playspaces.
- Park Parade Playspace, Cape Paterson: We'll improve the landscape and create a fun space that complements nearby playspaces.
