Council engaged DAS Constructions Pty Ltd to undertake repair works to the external cladding of the Old Bank Building. The project restored the external façade to its original condition and prevent water ingress and further building deterioration.
Construction works included the replacement of deteriorated timber window and weatherboards to the level 1 façade.
These works were fully funded by Council in the order of $33,000.
