  • No native vegetation removal required during the works.
  • Temporary fencing will be in place to secure the work site and keep people from entering to the construction site.
  • Inverloch Hub shall remain operational on site during these periods and construction staging access and site fencing shall need to accommodate the personnel and visitor’s access to and around the site.
  • Due to the nature of this project, all works will be carefully coordinated with Hub staff to minimise any disruption to facility operations
  • Asbestos has been identified in the ceiling panels, as well as in the paint applied to them. The asbestos will be removed in a safe and controlled manner, with appropriate air monitoring procedures implemented throughout the removal process.
  • No road closures are anticipated during the works. However, the western car park located at Bolding Place will be closed for up to two weeks to facilitate asbestos removal.
  • Appropriate traffic and pedestrian control measures will be implemented during these works.
  • Our staff and contractor will notify nearby residents and user groups who may be impacted by these works.
  • The project will result in noise and vibration from plant and machinery used for construction or delivery of materials to the site.
