About the Project
Bass Coast Shire Council awarded a contract to MACA Civil Pty Ltd to complete Grantville Jetty Renewal Works at Grantville.
Works started on 31 March and have been completed. These works were fully funded by Council in the order of $112,500 and were part of Council’s 2021/22 Capital Works Program for Marine Structures.

The project has been completed and the Jetty is open to the public.
These works were funded by Council in the order of $112,500 and are part of Council’s 2021/22 Capital Works Program for Marine Structures.
The works were undertaken to renew the existing jetty which had been damaged due to age and wear and tear from wave action.
- Renewal works of the jetty including the installation of galvanized steel brackets to provide additional support to deteriorated timber headstocks and replacement of defective lower landing timber walers.
