• Replacement of roof along with structural elements
• Removal and replacement of existing solar panels and air conditioners units.
• Plumbing and stormwater works.

The total project cost is $538,000 which is fully funded by Council.

• No native vegetation removal will be required during the works.
• The facility will remain closed over the period of construction due to health and safety concerns.
• Temporary fencing will be in place to secure the work site and keep people from entering to the construction site.
• Appropriate traffic and pedestrian control measures will be implemented during these works. No road closure is expected. The contractor plan will avoid deliveries and site access via Lions court to limit any disruption to bus services and the limited car parking.
• Our staff and contractor will notify nearby residents and user groups who may be impacted by these works.
• The project will result in noise and vibration from heavy plant and machinery used for construction, including earthmoving equipment and use of trucks or crane for removal, installation of roof structures and delivery of materials to the site.
