Project Summary

Bass Coast Shire Council appointed Alexander Wild Handyman Maintenance Pty Ltd to undertake minor external building repairs to the Glen Alvie Cricket Clubrooms.

Construction commenced on 16 December 2024 and has been completed.

  • Replace damaged or missing James Hardie weatherboards
  • Replace baseboards.
  • Replace external door to storage room and undercoat
  • Remove all building materials

    • The total project cost is $3,680 which is fully funded by Council.

    • Minor building works with little to no disruption to the public.
    • Access to the building will not be restricted
